The Warrior Station accommodates 4x landmine grip handles, 2x Olympic barbells, 3x 45-lb. plates, and can be used to attach a . Landmine exercises allow you to perform a variety of traditional and even nonconventional exercises with less safety risks than traditional barbell movements.
