The HIIT Studio Rig offers a patent pending design, solution, and application to many gym and trainer issues. How to leave floor space open for athlete’s optimal range of motion, while keeping the training equipment nearby and organized. The 24′ length is comprised of two separate 12-foot sections, providing a rig that reduces cost by using the least amount of parts possible and providing more floor space with no obstruction to trainers and athletes.
The 24’ Builder Studio Rig offers versatility and convenience to your fitness studio or training space. Its 24-foot length can accommodate many clients at one time without compromising space. We recommend adding some of our expert-picked accessories to complement your HIIT Studio Rig. Each accessory addition adds a new function and gives trainers/clients more exercise options!
Recommended Add-Ons:
1) Give your clients something to aim for!
Recommendations:
• Add 4 to 8 Double Wall Ball Targets to give your clients something to aim for. Utilize our or and aim high at the Double Wall Ball Targets. Add (4) Targets to utilize just half of the full 24′ span, or Add (8) Targets to utilize the full 24′ length of the HIIT Studio Rig.
2) Hang Additional Accessories from our heavy-duty Shackle!
Recommendations:
• Add 4 to 8 as an anchoring point for Heavy Bags, TRX, or any other accessory you can think of. Add (4) Shackles to utilize just half of the full 24′ span, or Add (8) Shackles to utilize the full 24′ length of the HIIT Studio Rig.
• Add 4 to 8 which can be hung from our Builder Shackle.
• Add 4 to 8 to incorporate bodyweight suspension training with our HIIT Studio Rig. You’ll have the space, now just add the accessories you want to incorporate! TRX Suspension Trainers can be hung from the Builder Shackle or directly onto the pull-up rigs horizontal crossbeam.
3) Keep your HIIT accessories nearby for optimal class flow, organization, and saving space.
Recommendations for adding Builder Storage System Shelf to the 2 ends of the HIIT Studio Rig:
Add (4) 6′ Ball/Plate Shelves: Holds Bumper Plates, Wall Balls, Medicine Balls, and Slam Balls
• Fit up to (5) or up to (6) on each ball shelf or up to 15 wall balls and 12 slam balls by utilizing all 6 Ball/Plate Shelves.

• Fits up to (9) on each kettlebell shelf or 18 kettlebells on both kettlebell shelves

– Fits up to (12) on each dumbbell shelf or 24 dumbbells on both shelves
Recommendations for adding Builder Storage System Shelf to all 3x pairs of uprights of HIIT Studio Rig:
Add (6) 6′ Ball/Plate Shelves: Holds Bumper Plates, Wall Balls, Medicine Balls, and Slam Balls
• Fit up to (5) or up to (6) on each ball shelf or up to 15 wall balls and 18 slam balls by utilizing all 6 Ball/Plate shelves.

4) or Landmine exercises are easy to learn and have fewer safety risks than traditional barbell exercises. The angled barbell facilitates movements that are impossible with a traditional barbell or dumbbells. You can do exercises— such as a Deadlift, Squat or Single-Arm Row, and variations of a Single-Arm Press—that have a vertical and horizontal push, a combination that’s impossible with a barbell or dumbbells. Practically every landmine exercise targets athlete’s core muscles in some way, shape or form. It’s also possible to perform lifts explosively and even simulate Olympic lifts.
Recommendations:
• Add (4) Builder Single Landmines so 4 separate athletes can utilize at same time
• Add (4) Builder Double Landmines so 8 separate athletes can utilize at same time
5) Skip having to anchor into your floor by adding Skid Plates
• Add (3) Skid Plates in order to avoid the need to anchor into the ground. Giving the owner options to move easily move the HIIT Studio Rig for future expansions
6) : Convert the ends of your HIIT Studio Rig into bench press or squat stations
• Add (1) to utilize 1 end of the HIIT Studio Rig or (2) to utilize both ends of the HIIT Studio Rig
• Only add this option if you do not plan to add Builder Storage System Shelves on the ends of the HIIT Studio Rig. If you plan to add Builder Storage System Shelves on the ends of the HIIT Studio Rig, unfortunately, there is not enough space to accommodate the Squat Station Conversion Set alongside the Builder Storage System Shelves.
The structure itself is built from our most stable Builder Rig components, like the 3″ x 3″ upright tubes that feature holes for accessories on all four sides of the upright. This means you can add on more of our for even more exercise variation. Consult with one of our sales reps for adding additional options.
