The new Hoist MI1 Home Gym has all the features and quality you expect from Hoist Strength equipment in a minimalist design.  This gym has a compact footprint and frame design.  The articulating press arm system means the the path of motion is determined by the user.  As a result, it feels more like lifting freeweights or dumbbells, but with all the safety and convenience of a cable machine.  Includes high and low pulley positions for a variety of exercises.   Quick release adapters make changing accessories a snap.  Seat and roller positions are adjustable for different size users and different exercise positions.  Leg Press option available.  Lifetime frame, 10 years parts warranty.
