The most versatile boxing training equipment we offer gives you everything needed to begin your heavy bag or speed bag training! Setup is easy and gives you access to a full, satisfying workout.

Training Set includes speed bag, heavy bag, speed bag platform, and heavy bag stand. Assembly required. Heavy bag is also sold separately.

• Speed bag enhances reflexes and sharpens hand-eye coordination while strengthening shoulders and arms. Vinyl bag is 10” x 7”.
• Heavy bag is 100 lb and great for boxing training but also shoulder, leg, and core work. Vinyl-covered bag is 14” dia x 43”L.
• Speed bag platform is 24″ dia, powder-coated, and adjusts from 67″ to 79″H for shorter or taller users.
• Heavy bag stand features 3” dia powder-coated tubing for maximum durability. It withstands routine use and abuse and supports up to a 100 lb heavy bag. Add additional stability to the frame by putting weight plates on the 3 included weight pegs. Stand is 60″L x 48″W x 85″H; 150 lb.
