Shoes depend what is most comfortable for you as the user and personal preference. There is a large variety available.

This product’s pedals only have the Toe Cages but you can replace the pedals with the Echelon SPD/Toe Cage Pedals.

I’m wider set, and think I’ll need a bigger or wider seat than what it comes with.” style=”arrow”]Yes you can purchase a wider seat for the echelon bike. I purchased an off brand bike seat that is compatible with echelon, and it works great. Im able to ride longer because its so much more comfortable than the seat that comes with the bike.
