Answer #1 on February 18, 2014[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How long did it take you to assemble? Was it easy or difficult?” style=”arrow”]It was pretty easy. It took only about 20 minutes to put together by myself. I have it installed at a commercial fitness gym and it has held up just fine.
Answer #1 on February 1, 2015[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the distance between the back pad and the arm handles? Some reviewers claim the reach is too long for short people.” style=”arrow”]17″ on a straight line from the grip to the back rest (back rest slants back
Answer #1 on November 16, 2015[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I’m 5’2 is the machine good for me I’m basically using it for my abs?” style=”arrow”]Yes, it should be fine. When you step on the frame to put your forearms in the pads, you will likely, have to push up, to be in the extended position in picture.
Answer #1 on February 12, 2019[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Will this work for someone 6’6“?” style=”arrow”]It’s tough to say without knowing what type of exercises you’ll be performing. The machine itself comes in at 60 inches but given the nature of most exercises on VKRs you should have more than enough clearance to do leg lifts, crunches and dips. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

Yes. I’m 6′ and my feet come down to top of bars, so plenty of clearance for someone taller plus most exercises on this equipment require you to bend your knees
Answer #2 on April 25, 2017[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I weigh 225 can this support my weight?” style=”arrow”]Absolutely. The manufacturer rates the dip station weight cap at 275 lbs, and 400 on the knee raise station.
Answer #1 on February 23, 2015[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I am 6’0“. My basement ceiling is 7“. Will I be able to use this in my basement?” style=”arrow”]I am 6′ 5″ and my basement is also 7’…..No problem, plenty of clearance.
Answer #1 on March 27, 2017[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How solid is this product when doing dips?” style=”arrow”]I am 6′ 5″ and 265lbs and been using the station for over 2 years now and it still holding strong……
Answer #1 on September 25, 2016[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Whats the length from the back of the arm pad to the grip? I have 6 foot 8 wingspan” style=”arrow”]The back is leaning backward slightly. I measure 16 1/2″ from the back to the grip at the arm pad level. 17 1/2″ at the top of the grip to the back rest.
Answer #1 on February 15, 2020[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How wide is the distance between the center of the forearm pads?” style=”arrow”]Between dip handles it is 22.25 inches.
