It does have the safety you are looking for. If you are a heavy lifter my suggestion is going with the SCB as it is a little more substantial. Either one of these machines are excellent pieces that I would personally use.

It was on a pallet and they will charge extra to move it anywhere. Normally they will just leave the pallet in your drive way. You can take it apart from the pallet and move it inside but just be aware.

If they are in place, it is very smooth and quiet.

It’s built tough! The bar does not “wobble” under load – even max load. It’s smooth and quiet riding up and down the guide rods. This is Linear Bearing Smith like you find in the clubs, thus you will have no additional movement of the bar like a lower end machine.
