I can’t find a way to simply sit on it.” style=”arrow”]There are a few things this bench doesn’t do well and you discovered it. The closest you can get is to loosen the bench seat shirt piece and slide it back towards the bar so the back long piece is more up. You won’t get to 90 but more upright.
Answer #1 on May 20, 2020[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What size of an Olympic Weight bar shall I purchase along with this bench?” style=”arrow”]Six foot should be fine. See if you can get an adapter for the legs because Olympic size weights don’t fit it unless they’ve made adjustments since I purchased my unit

Answer #1 on May 15, 2016[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Will this bench work with a power rack?” style=”arrow”]No the bench you have is an Olympic bench. This wont fit into a power rack. You would a utility bench like s power wbub or bodysolid gfid31 or 71. A bodysolid gfid225 would work also
