If so how much more weight can be added?” style=”arrow”]Depending on where you purchase from, you can upgrade your weight stack (+50 lbs) with the SP50
Answer #1 on January 23, 2017[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What attachments come with this?” style=”arrow”]It only comes with the hand attachments for the pressing and pulling exercises. And honestly the only other attachment you my need to purchase is a single or duel rope attachment for triceps and ab exercises. I also find an adjustable bench extremely helpful.

2 hand grips and two ankle straps. The hand grips have multiple rings so that the strap can be different lengths. Nifty…
Answer #2 on May 10, 2015[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are the handles wide enough apart to get a good stretch doing cable crossovers?” style=”arrow”]Yes. Largely because you can step forward and the handles adjust 1-4″.
Answer #1 on September 17, 2014[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the weight stack to user ratio?” style=”arrow”]Pretty sure he’s asking how much weight you are actually pulling vs. what the stack says. I.e. 2:1 100lbs would actually be 50lbs of work done by the lifter.

If I’m understanding correctly you’re asking how many people can workout at the same time on this machine. If you each use a different stack and pulley you can have two people workout at the same time as the stacks are not connected.
Answer #2 on November 29, 2016[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are each of the stacks really 160lbs? I mean do they really feel that heavy?” style=”arrow”]Each weight stack is indeed 160lbs but they do have a 1/2:1 weight ratio making them a little easier to use on the machine itself.
Answer #1 on January 23, 2017[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”The pic shows a bar attachment for doing squats. Is that an option?” style=”arrow”]That is the GDCCBAR and is purchased separately.
Answer #1 on December 2, 2016[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What’s the height of this once assembled?” style=”arrow”]You’re looking at 83.5 inches for the total height. Here are the remainder of the dimensions (L 64″ X D 38″ X 83.5″ H)
