Looking for a taller bench” style=”arrow”]9 inches and 20 inches respectively
Answer #1 on December 30, 2013

The width of the pad or shall i say thickness is about 3.5 to 4 inches. It is pretty high off of the ground and is awesome. I have had this bench for 3 years now and it has kept up great over all these years. My only con is that the stitching around the bench tends to come loose so i just staples it back on. Awesome bench, highly recommend
Answer #2 on December 30, 2013[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Does the pad that you sit on adjust at an upward angle for doing incline press so you don’t slide off of the end?” style=”arrow”]Yes. The bottom pad adjusts upward. Nice heavy duty bench.

Answer #1 on November 27, 2014[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How long is the backrest portion of the bench?” style=”arrow”]I had one of these in my gym and it is a great bench and will fit any body up to 6.5’ tall. It is 10” wide. No if memory serves me correctly I believe the length of the backrest is between 38-42”.

Answer #1 on October 5, 2021[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is this bench set up to accommodate both weight plate hole sizes (1“ & 2“)?” style=”arrow”]No, only 1″ if you get the leg extension leg curl machine. You need an adapter for olympic (2″) if you get the leg attachment (Sold separately).
Answer #1 on January 21, 2020[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the maximum decline and incline degree?” style=”arrow”]This bench can go from 90 to 180 degrees
Answer #1 on March 6, 2015[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”When the bench is in the flat position, how high from the floor is the back of the bench? (the distance from the floor to the support on the back)” style=”arrow”]19 3/4″ from the floor to the top of the bench pad. This is a great bench. I am a personal trainer and I use it with my clients. I have had it for about 6 years or so and still don’t have a single problem with it. I hope that helps!
Answer #1 on July 7, 2014[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the width of the support frame legs? I need to ensure it will fit inside my power cage.” style=”arrow”]28″ in the back and 23″ in the front.

Answer #1 on August 18, 2015[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What are the levels of different degrees on this bench?” style=”arrow”]There are 6 positions, Decline, Flat, Military (about 80 degrees, so just short of vertical) and 3 other evenly spaced out incline angles. If you are asking for the exact measurement of the degrees on those I don’t have those.
