Thanks” style=”arrow”]Some form of synthetic nylon, I been using it 2 years with a 20lb rubber outing medicine ball with no breaks or rips. just make sure no one punctures it which would weaken the integrity or use a ball that has an abrasive surface and you should be good.

With a 12-pound ball, I had to put it against a wall because even with 80 pounds of plate weights it was moving. This was on a concrete floor.
