Upgrades your Existing WaterRower M1 footboard to incorporate the Floating Heel Rest Design.
The new footboard design is similar to the A1/ Indo-Row footboard where there is no push button. Simply unhook the heel rests from the pegs, slide them up or down and hook them back onto the pegs to set the desired height.
This is now standard on ALL M1 models.
