Is that the case?” style=”arrow”]Well, when you pull down, if you are seated, the bars are not in the way…..I sometimes do lat pulls in a backwards seated position on the seat. Sometimes I stand in front of the machine and pull down. I kind of pull at a slight angle from the machine towards my body. It is not an issue at all, once you perform the exercise a few times and get used to the feel of the motion of that particular exercise. This is a fantastic machine – my husband and I love it! I do the lat pull downs facing the back rest it is definitely a tight pull down area. I still think this is a great weight equipment set up for small spaces.
It will not give you the type of work out you’re looking for at a full gym. Fills home needs. I bought a small flat bench to put next to it to do other types of chest and back exercises

This gym has cast iron plates. They are covered under a lifetime warranty as are all parts on this gym.
