Assembly is really the only real negative with this machine. I did it by myself but it took a while and there are many parts. However, the unit is well worth it. I still use mine every other day and I’ve had it about eight years.

Yes, there are 2 stacks. Just need to coordinate your stations so you’re not using same stack…..but there are plenty of exercises to enable you each to do the entire circuit while alternating with the different stacks. My wife and I do it all the time.

Absolutely not! I’m 5-6 and everything works great. In fact, some of the things like a back row will work better for you. The only thing you would have a problem with is the lat pulldown. But the machine comes with a chain that you can connect to the top and you will be just fine. I have had for almost a year and use it almost daily. A great machine, rivals the best in the gyms

Each plate weighs 10 pounds and each of the 2 weight stacks should have 210 pounds each. The biomechanics of the “leg press” station converts the weight you select by a 2:1 ratio. That is, the “leg press” station weight is actually twice the weight you select. That means the “leg press” station can be used up to a weight of 420 pounds if you select the maximum weight of 210 pounds on the weight stack.

Can the pully be flipped?” style=”arrow”]I just double checked and yes you can. The bottom pulley is a swivel. You can install it facing the opposite direction as long as you adjust the pulley next to it at the same time. The leg frame for the low row station can be installed on the other side of the leg so that it is facing the leg press side of the machine.

There is a pec fly station that is quite good – and a good sitting chest press station on the other end. No negatives about the machine at all. The perfect home gym.
