Does it take long?” style=”arrow”]Its pretty easy. The biggest problem is the little caps that cover the bolts on the ends of the cylindrical cushions. Wont take that long but if you are non handy, go slow and you should be OK

Took 30 mins and once you get where the large pieces go it’s all downhill and just screwing bolts in for safety.
Answer #2 on March 13, 2015[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”When in upright position how high from the floor is the seat? I am 6’5“ so I don’t want it to be too low.” style=”arrow”]GFID31 is 21 ½” seat pad to floor and the GFID71 is 18″ seat pad to floor
Answer #1 on April 27, 2015

About 22″. I am 6ft and it works fine for me. Laying flat, it is a little high for me when lowering dumbbells to the floor though
Answer #2 on April 26, 2015[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can you comfortably do hyperextension / back extensions with this bench?” style=”arrow”]Not the best option for that. I would get a separate body solid hyperextension machine.
Answer #1 on February 10, 2017[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Does anyone know angle of decline for this bench? Can someone post a picture or video of actually doing decline presses with this bench?” style=”arrow”]The Body-Solid GFID31 Flat Incline Decline Bench offers back pad angles (in degrees) of 80, 60, 45, 30, 0 (flat), and -15 (decline). The seat pad inclines at the following angles: 0 (flat), 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 degrees.
Answer #1 on February 10, 2017[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Does this bench have wheels for easy moving? I need to move it to and from a power cage” style=”arrow”]Yes it does! This is a really nice bench. I like how it is made for easy manipulation between flat, decline and incline set up. Highly recommend!
Answer #1 on June 10, 2014[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the max decline and incline degree on this bench?” style=”arrow”]decline about 45°; incline about 85°
