My friend is 5′ 11″ and I am 6’2″ but on one setting we can both work out on this machine so it is very adjustable for all. This is a great machine especially for the price.

The foot plate moves forward and backward so you’ll be able to find a fit even at 5 feet tall.

It is made to accommodate standard hole (1″ diameter) plates. If you currently have olympic plates you will want the sleeve so they fit more securely.

I think I remember reading that you can add a 2″ hole (Olympic Style) adapter sold separately though. It will become side-heavy when you load it that way (not seated on it) but it is still stable.

You can get olympic plates which have a 2″ hole, but they would either sit lose on weight post or you would have to purchase an adaptor sleeve that body-solid makes so they fit more snug

Thanks.” style=”arrow”]My feet are wedged between the lower round foot rest area, and the padded round top foot pad. For situps I adjust the position one notch back from the mid point for my legs. I’m 5′ 11′ the machine foot rest is adjusted to one notch back from the center point of it’s adjustment range. Adjusted correctly my feet tight on the leg length. No way for it just fall out

Yes. They are actually wedged comfortably between the top of a bar but below a padded roll. This is a great machine for the money. You can’t get thick Ab muscles without weights. This machine is fantastic for the money.
