The Galvanized Backyard Builder® RMU Rig rig is designed for the athlete or fitness enthusiast who wants to train ring muscle-ups, bar muscle-ups, and have the option for multiple people to use the same unit at the same time. The Galvanized Backyard Builder® RMU Rig is designed with 9′ and 12′ uprights and provides:

• 2x pairs of J-Cups for racking your barbell
• 3x different pull-up bars: 2x 4′ pull-up bars, 1x 6′ pull-up bar
• 1x 12′ height pull-up bar for hanging rings: 12′ high ring setup is the standard for performing ring muscle ups

The 12′ height makes this rig suitable for gymnastics movements such as ring muscle ups. Add a pair of and to complete the gymnastics station. Wood rings and straps sold separately.

Note: It is strongly recommended to store non-galvanized accessories indoors when not in use.
