Powerbands can provide an assist or added resistance for a wide variety of exercises.  Use as an assist for pullups or dip exercises to work on your form, and gradually strengthen the user until they can complete the exercise themselves.  They can also be used with a bar or kettlebell to provide gradual increasing resistance to your lifts.  Using these bands during your lifts increases the time under tension that the muscles have to endure.  Five color coded resistance levels depending on the amount of help or added resistance you need.
