The TKO Sparring Partner is a freestanding heavy bag designed for the toughest workouts!  This bag is nearly 6′ tall and a full 16″ in diameter.  The base can be filled with up to 260 pounds of sand or water for ultimate stability.  It features a solid dense foam core with a durable canvas backed vinyl cover, which provides ideal resistance and shock absorption.  The high-tech PVC rubber Flex-Neck attaches the industrial plastic base to the full-length center pole for slight flex-action.  Put up a fight with the TKO Sparring Partner!
